The apartment is located in the modern residential complex OBOLON PLAZA, with a total area of 50 square meters. The designers were tasked with creating a comfortable and stylish living space suitable for rental.
Given the limited space, the decision was made to combine the entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The use of microcement as the flooring material unified all the spaces, making the entire apartment feel cohesive and cozy. While some may consider this flooring choice to be cold, the addition of warm materials like wood helps to create a harmonious overall look.
In the kitchen, a stainless steel countertop and backsplash were installed, crafted by the company BAREX. This not only adds a modern touch but also ensures practicality.

In this apartment, you can find items from Ukrainian design. There's the DIZA armchair, a table from Staritska Maysternya, and a rug from SHISHKA PROJECT. Most of the lighting fixtures are from Scandinavian brands. All built-in furniture were made by STUDIO KD

The bedroom features a separate walk-in closet to save space, utilizing sliding doors on rails. Keeping the doors flush with the wall when open is particularly important for small apartments.
In the bathroom, uniform tiling on all walls, a ZARA HOME mirror, and wooden accessories such as a step stool-hook rack complete the design, adding warmth and style to the space.
